CANCEL CONDITIONS

For cases of cancellation different than cases of Force Majeure such as defined by Law (death, accident or disease requiring hospitalisation), the following conditions shall be applied:

 

— Two months and over two months notice prior the first day of the rental:


  - Cancellation by the Tenant:


The Booking Fee shall be reimbursed by the Property Owner, with a deduction made of 50% as a Cancellation Penalty.


  - Cancellation by the Property Owner:


The Booking Fee shall be reimbursed by the Property Owner, with an increase made of 50% as a Cancellation Compensation.

 

— Less than two months notice prior to the first day of the Rental:

  - Cancellation by the Tenant:


100% of Booking Fee shall be kept by the Owner as a Cancellation Compensation.


  - Cancellation by the Property Owner:


100% of Booking Fee shall be reimbursed by the Property Owner, with an increase made of 100% as a Cancellation Compensation.


  - Upon arrival:


The Tenant shall check in at the day and time stated on the present Contract or shall inform the Property Owner if he is to be late or to come at a different date. In case of "no show" 24 hours after the scheduled date and time of arrival, the present Contract is considered as broken and the Property Owner can dispose freely of his property.
